The Columbian, 24 Jul 2011 – People who want to legalize marijuana, a mind-altering, intoxicating addictive drug, to pay in part for drug rehabilitation, have to be on it. Otherwise their view does not make sense. Marijuana can cause impaired driving, thus causing more accidents and deaths and make it more difficult for our great police force.
