US MI: Column: Don't Hold Your Breath For A Medical Marijuana
Detroit Free Press, 24 Aug 2011 – Michigan’s medical marijuana users are in a pickle. A 2-year-old state law gives them immunity from prosecution for “the acquisition, possession, cultivation, manufacture, use, internal possession, delivery, transfer or transportation of marijuana,” so long as they’ve been authorized to do so for the relief of a legitimate malady or symptom.
