US IL: Will County Judges Are Stuck In 1800s

Herald News, 30 Sep 2011 – As I sat in a courtroom at the Will County Courthouse I listened to a couple of cases. I heard things like a guy trying to pick up two young girls on the Internet, domestic violence =AD a couple of them were with intent to do bodily harm and a couple of them were with causing permanent damage; some were fights with police officers.
