US CO: Editorial: Lay Off Colorado's Medical Marijuana Law

The Gazette, 24 Oct 2011 – It’s Not the Federal Government’s Issue In the design of America’s founders, the states are supposed to be centers of democratic experiment. They’re not supposed to be uniform. So it is disturbing to us that the Obama administration has launched a crackdown on medical marijuana, which is legal in Colorado, 15 other states and the District of Columbia.
