US CA: Sheriff's Department Offers Grace Period To Bring In

The Bakersfield Californian, 11 Aug 2011 – The Kern County Sheriff’s Department announced Thursday it will allow people with more than 12 pot plants to turn the excess plants over to the department without fear of arrest or prosecution.
