Seattle Times, 27 Jun 2011 - I'm writing about the not-so-thoughtful letter from Theresa Froehlich, "Marijuana more harmful than cigarettes" [Northwest Voices, June 24]. Marijuana contains no nicotine, the main heart-disease causing and cancer-spreading ingredient of tobacco. Our annual tobacco-versus-marijuana kill ratio is about 430,000-to-zero.
