The Providence Journal, 10 Nov 2010 - It seems that cannabis (marijuana) prohibition is a government-subsidized jobs program ("Splendor in the Grass?" Nov. 8 editorial) for greedy police and their unions. When cannabis is completely relegalized, police will never spend time confronting responsible adults for using the relatively safe, God-given plant cannabis.
