Missoulian, 10 Aug 2013 - I don't know if Jason Washington was targeted for his participation in distributing and manufacturing medical marijuana (Missoulian, Aug. 7), but he was abandoned and scapegoated, if not defrauded, by the state of Montana. Washington says his business decision was based on opportunity and protection provided by state law.
