The Herald, 17 Jan 2014 - YAKIMA (AP) - The Yakama Nation is moving to ban marijuana in all 10 counties of its ancestral lands, covering one-fifth of the state's land mass. In the wake of the state's legalization on recreational pot use, the tribe has already banned marijuana on its 1.2 million acre reservation near Yakima.
