US WA: Covington Passes A One Year Moratorium On Medical

Covington Reporter, 18 Aug 2011 - The Covington City Council unanimously passed a moratorium on medical marijuana dispensaries and collective gardens at the Aug. 9 meeting. The council agreed with the Planning Commission recommendation to impose a one year moratorium.
