Times Argus, 12 Apr 2014 - MONTPELIER - The House Human Services Committee advanced a medical marijuana dispensary bill Friday without including post-traumatic stress disorder as a qualifying diagnosis for a medical marijuana card. The committee added a bit of drama to the process, however.
