Eugene Weekly, 08 Mar 2012 - Recently the governors of Washington, Rhode Island and Colorado petitioned the Drug Enforcement Agency to reschedule cannabis to Schedule II. So far Gov. Kitzhaber has yet to join this bicoastal effort.
