The Billings Gazette, 08 Jul 2011 - Montana high school students are using less tobacco, alcohol and other drugs than they were two years ago and much less than a decade ago, according to the latest Youth Risk Behavior Survey. The 2011 survey results released this week by the Montana Office of Public Instruction show a marked decline in alcohol use by students from the previous survey:
