US MI: Editorial: Medical Marijuana Law Loopholes Need Closing

Midland Daily News, 11 Aug 2011 - On Nov. 4, 2008, 63 percent of Michigan voters approved the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act. The act, widely interpreted in jurisdictions throughout Michigan, remains a critical point of dispute for growers, caregivers, patients, law enforcement and government officials. The law as written and the law as practiced in day-to-day operations are incompatible.
