US MI: City Council Putting The Brakes On Medical Marijuana

The Milan News-Leader, 18 Mar 2012 - While Lansing hashes out what to do with the medical marijuana law, the city of Milan is putting the brakes on dispensaries. The City Council voted 6-1 March 12 to impose a 180-day moratorium on any business that seeks to dispense or distribute medical marijuana.
