The Maui News, 06 Aug 2011 - Does anyone know if medical marijuana in Hawaii is really legal or not? The law is clear that medical marijuana is legal in Hawaii. However, the sale of all forms of marijuana is not legal in Hawaii, including seeds and sprouts.
