Summit Daily News, 27 Feb 2012 - DENVER - No problems have been reported in Colorado as 23 medical marijuana dispensaries near schools face a deadline to move or shut down. A spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's office, Jeff Dorschner, said Monday that no enforcement actions have taken place so far.
