San Francisco Examiner, 04 Aug 2011 - DA says evidence was not good enough to convict Dennis Peron Child pornography and drug possession charges against gay activist and medical marijuana guru Dennis Peron were dismissed Wednesday after prosecutors admitted the evidence against him was weak.
