Arizona Republic, 07 Feb 2014 - Regarding your editorial, "You know marijuana has arrived" (Opinions, Thursday): I wouldn't be so quick to condemn the homeowners association for banning marijuana use in backyards and other open spaces around the home. It's the nature of smoke to drift, and what starts in one person's backyard quickly becomes each neighbor's problem.
