Times-Press-Recorder, 21 Jul 2011 - The owner of a medical marijuana collective in the Central Valley has high hopes of opening a similar business in her new home town -- Oceano. Tammy Murray, director and chief executive officer of Compassionate Cannabis Information Center in Goshen, wants to open shop at a home she purchased in the 1400 block of South Fourth Street.
