Reno News & Review, 16 Jan 2014 - Another municipality has blocked medical dispensaries for marijuana by adopting a "moratorium." On Jan. 7, the Henderson City Council voted to direct its staffers to reject business license, building permit, or land use applications for dispensaries in the next six months. Henderson is Nevada's second largest community.
