US MI: Richmond Extends Marijuana Moratorium

The Voice, 11 Aug 2011 - The Richmond City Council has decided to put off making any decisions regarding medical marijuana businesses within the city limits. City council voted unanimously at its Aug. 1 meeting to extend the current moratorium on medical marijuana related businesses for an additional six months. The moratorium was first passed in February.
