Chico Enterprise-Record, 03 Aug 2011 - CHICO - The Chico vice mayor switched sides on the medical marijuana debate at the push of a "bully," voting with the majority of council Tuesday night to repeal the dispensary ordinance. "In a sense, we are being bullied," Vice Mayor Jim Walker said. "But we're being bullied by federal law."
