Record Searchlight, 09 Dec 2011 - A Redding medical marijuana patient says the city is forcing his eviction from his longtime home because he didn't follow the city's medical marijuana cultivation ordinance. But city officials insist their actions are nothing personal and they're only trying to make sure the property adheres to the city's zoning codes.
